Hey guys...Im a newbie thinking about taking resveratrol. The more I read, the more confused I become. Is there any reasonably price resveratrol that has been proven to be the real deal? Even reading on this forum I cant figure out which brands are legit. What is the latest word on processing and correct dosage? I hate to throw my money away on expensive urine. Do the cheap brands sold on Iherb.com contain any active resv, or are they just a waste of money?
