I was reading amazon reviews on Serrapeptase some time ago, and some guy was waxing ecstatic because after X time on Y dosage he had clear evidence his peyronie's was reducing a lot and hadn't even considered that a possible side effect. Not my testimonial, but maybe you could read up on that and similar things as noted above. - PJ

Wouldnt antiinflammatory creams and zink ointment rubbed on penis daily along with aloe help? Also I imagine a collagen supp stack helping.

Either that or you could try to get in to a trial study for xiapex!

You'd want to reduce collagen, not increase it. That is why DMSO (which has been shown to break it down in peyronie's and raised scar tissue) and Serrapeptase are recommended -- because they soften it. I wonder how DMSO with some serrapeptase dissolved in it would work as an ointment -- not sure the molar mass of the S is small enough to be carried through the skin; but perhaps mixing them and taking it orally would get greater absorption.

Ok, I thought it broke down collagen around the scar tissue to build it up again when things were straightened.

What about Magnesium chloride? It's known it links to unlocated calcium among the body and brings it back to bones. It's used in a lot of fibrosis issues.

I had a 90-degree curvature which was partially corrected by a medical VED but eventually had surgery.

Nesbit procedure? How did your recovery and results were?
