I want to make a multi from them, and am wondering if anyone has any experience using them? I have a question, is there a problem using their form of D3 that would come in the capsules, or is it better to take it separately in those gel caps?

I made a custom capsule from them in the past. THey're good.

I don't see why there would be a problem with having the D3 in the capsules... should be just as effective.

My original Custom Capsule Multi had 2000 IU of D(2 Caps). I think like K10 that there shouldn't be an absorption problem, especially compared to tablets. D is not in my Multi now because CC only allows 1000 IU in a capsule. So I take a 4000 IU gel.
