I wonder if somebody could help me.

I placed an order at Biotivia website more than a month ago and they don't ship nor refund it. I'm very much worried.

They first said they couldn't ship because they were out of stock of one of the products I bought. As they didn't know when they would be able to ship, I asked to be refunded until they actually shipped. They agreed but no refund was done.

I asked again and once more they answered that they would order a refund, but after a week elapsed there's no refund at all.

While I could understand a lack of stock, I can see no explanation for not refunding my money.

Does anybody know if Biotivia is to be trusted?

In the past they have had problems with timely order fullfillment, but have eventually shipped when they have stock.

They have finally refunded me.

They explained that an unexpected increase in demand of their products forced them to double production in a matter of weeks, so they couldn't attend things with the usual speed.

I am very glad that everything is solved.

Many thanks to Actarus and Maxwatt for their help.
