Does anyone know how many mgs. of Choline should be taken with Piracetam.
I have been taking 500mg of CDP Choline with 1500-2000mg of Piracetam once to twice daily.
Thanks,
Storm

Storm,
There are only a few "resident experts" who dispense advice. Give them a few days to answer your questions.

Also as a point of reference, my daily personal regiment includes 250 mg CDP choline for 2400mg piracetam

Storm:
500 mgs of choline in the form of cdp-choline is a great dose.
prometheus1:
Piracetam increases the rate in which you use acetylcholine, taking choline with piracetam not only keeps your acetycholine high, but also enhances its memory effects.
This effect can be noticed in 1-2 weeks normally.
Forever.

Is it necessary to buy CDP Choline as opposed to just Choline? Everywhere I have looked the CDP Choline (I've only found it from Jarrow) has been much much more expensive that the Choline from other companies.

Is Lecithin (phosphatylcholine) a proper choice as well?
