adding resveratrol to my morning protein shake

just want to verify that I'm taking it the right way. I bought some M98 micronized resveratrol powder. I have a shake very morning. The shake consists of water, banana, blueberries, Acai, L-Gluitimin, Creatine, Chia seed and Whey isolate powder. I mix this in a blender and drink every morning. Can I just add a scoop of the resveratrol powder?...will it be effective...I've read that delivering resveratrol to the system can be tricky so I want to ensure I'm doing it right and not wasting my money.

I use mine in a similar way, it sounds good to me. Please post your experiences, if any, on energy level, stamina, weight loss, etc.
