Hello all ,

Well this is my first post here and i think it's a standard post of most new members .

I'm in search for a good combination to increase my concentration and brain cpu power in general . I have tried Piracetam , Hydergine FAS , Lucidril and some others . But i think the dosages were not good . It only made me nervous and paranoid .

Until 6 years ago , everything in my head/brains seemed ok . I got high scores on school in math , i could read two books a day , i could study very well ...everything was fine .
Now i'm unable to read the news on the internet , or focus on a english book ( i'm dutch) , i really have an attention span of 0 . Even with social contacts , i just stare at people not being able to store the info they give me . My long and short term memory are very bad .

I want to get that concentration back , the urge , which i always had , to gather and understand information . That's why i tried some nootropics before last year . But i think they won't work in bad dosages or combinations .

What would be a good package to begin with ? Price isn't an issue , safety is . Don't want to do damage my brains more , i have already done that in excessive ways ( 4-6 years ago) .

any help would be welcome

Considering your description, I would recommend taking the following for 4 straight weeks:

Pyritinol 1,000 mg & 300 mcg of Huperzine A (take at 2 different times daily).

If at any point you see results (positive or negative) then reduce to 200 mg of pyritinol & 100 mcg of huperzine A daily.

Thanks for the info ! , going to read alot about both pyritinol and Huperzine A before ordering it . But i see you're a frequent poster on this forum and i think it' best to just take your advice .


Should i add some Acetyl-L-carnitine too it ? or is it of no use ?

Little use, but would be helpful if you have the money.

But pyritinol has a record for possible serious side effects, search medline.

If you have a study reference for a dose of 1000 please post it
