I believe I may have taken too much choline for too long of a period of time, then abruptly withdrew usage. I was getting very dizzy, had no appetite, had frequent arrhythmias, swelling/tightening of the throat, trouble breathing (potentially from the very low blood pressure?) and finally, the "confusion" set in. The physical symptoms are diminishing...but the confusion (no memory, drone-like, cannot direct attention, no thoughts/imagination, etc) persists. If someone could please advise me if something similar has happened to them, I would be extraordinarily grateful. Thank you

p.s. I do not remember exactly how much I was taking. It was between 2 - 5 grams (guessing) per day, for about 2 weeks or so. I know this isn't helpful, but I cannot remember accurately.
