Hi, I've been using Sam-e for some time to help with energy and mood. It's been effective, but I'm on a hunt for a greater dopamine boost. Tyrosine looks promising in this regard, but it seems that ityrosine must be taken on an empty stomach in order to be effective.

My Sam-e is only effective when taken on an empty stomach (which I do in the mornings), so I'm wondering if taking Sam-e along with Tyrosine would interfere with the absorbtion of each other?

Have you tried Rhodiola Rosea? It gives me a great energizing boost.

Yeah, Rhodiola is cool, but I'm wondering if taking Sam-e and Tyrosine together on an empty stomach would be contraindicated.

I would think they would both be fully absorbed.
