I've been using chewing tobacco as a stimulant on and off for the latest years, but it seems to mess up my insulin levels (I get really tired after meals) and also, it screws up my sleep, it makes me oversleep (gives me more intense dreams and makes me sleep formore then 10 hours) so I decided to quit.

But when I quit, I get this heavyness in my limbs, and I feel really dumb, almost dementia-like. I get really tired.

Is there some kind of supplement that could help? I was thinking about galantamine, an acetylcholinerase inhibitor (but of course, I you probably already knew that) which stimulates nicotinergic receptors.

Any other ideas?

Not a supplement but perhaps bupropion?
