Currently switched my vinpocetine to a different brand, source naturals, and noticed that they are hard tablets compared to my previous soft gel ones.
They are both the same strengh per tablet, so I am taking the same dosage per day.
The soft ones where the first ones I was using, which was only for about 30 days and noticed a big difference from taking them. However, since switching to the hard ones the effects are not as noticable.
Do you think the results have just tapered off from long term use and not as noticable as when I first started taking it or that the hard tablets are less effective?
I can still feel the effects from the hard tablets, but just not as significantly.
