Do you take issue with any of the products or suppliers? I hope they're trustworthy, although I'm not sure about the gum from Spry (the company name sounds familiar).

P5P from iherb
$7.65 100*50mg Country Life //anyone got a clue why it contains additional Ca? Not that I mind, actually I like it. BTW, the product is more than 4 times cheaper than a similar one found in Austria.
or
$10.85 60*67mg Source Naturals
I am not sure if there are quality differences between those two companies or their products? I got the impression that both should be fine.

Now Foods, Omega-3, 200 Softgels
$8.77 //that's 3-4 times cheaper than in Austria
http://www.iherb.com...ftgels/323?at=0

$6.51; gum 100*0.72g Xylitol //that's at least 2 times cheaper but still expensive like hell. Thank god (or someone else) I'm not planning daily use.
http://www.iherb.com...108-g/5311?at=0

And throw in some LEF fernblock in the mix (just in case I need to get out during daylight).

Hallo!

Best price on 600 count Spry Gum...Ends up being marginally cheaper in the end though......They also distribute a non-Chinese, made in USA Birch Tree-derived organic xylitol crystal powder that is SUPERB!!!

http://www.homestead...tegory/spry_gum

I would go with the P5P manufactured by VRP for $10.95 USD 60 caps

http://www.vrp.com/P...spx?ProdID=1131

Do you still take plain Pyridoxamine as well? I think it might be best to take both concurrently to cover all bases, despite $$$.........?

I'm not a fan of the low dose Omega 3s (180/120s), as it involves too many pills. And I think some people have commented on iHerb that the Now fish oil can be a bit smelly or had broken gels. But I think Now is fine as a company overall. I like Nordic, Carlson or Minami for fish oils myself. Or go for a Meg-3 brand, like from Jarrow (they are cheap). I also like purchasing just enough for a month supply at a time, so I can eat 'em all up before possible oxidation occurs. So the super large bottles may be cheaper, but I don't know if they are best overall.

I think Source Naturals is considered a so-so brand. They failed one consumer lab report, if I remember right. Their quality control statement is sorta iffy, when compared to places like Jarrow.

Ok, I like the Country Life one more anyway. I am still not sure on my exact fish oil dose. If oxidation is really that much of an issue, I better decide first on the dose before buying. I used to mega-dose a liquid, but it goes off way too fast so I am already switching due to concerns about ox. Did mega-doses in the vain hope it would be superior to low doses as an acne treatment (but I don't think there's any meaningful research whatsoever and I haven't made an effort to check if it's even plausible that high doses should work better ;) Maybe I should switch to something with a better toxicity:efficacy ratio).

Mortuorum, the 600 jar is interesting but unfortunately I'm bound to iherb due to shiping and practical reasons (for now).

As fish oil/oxidation being an issue, it is, but to what degree... not sure. Perhaps it's not an issue at normal dosing (2 grams or less daily).

Here is a thread that suggests somewhere between 200-1600mg DHA is optimal.

http://www.imminst.o...day-t32443.html

With 200mg DHA being the minimum for benefit, while over 1600mg DHA increased free radicals interacting with fats. No idea if they took into account vitamin E taken with the oils, or what would EPA do there. It seems that EPA would increase oxidation too, but no idea what doses are optimal.

I'm thinking of changing my fish oil brand and dosing, based on oxidation + possible immune suppression issues.
