for alpha gpc, the cheapest i've found is from bulk nutrition, "Alpha-GPC Powder 50% Choline"
50g for $25 = $.5 per gram
150g for $66 = $.44 per gram
450g for $140 = $.311 per gram
for cdp choline, the cheapest i've found is on iherb, "Healthy Origins, Cognizin Citicoline, 250 mg, 150 Capsules "
37.5g for $38 = $1 per gram
now, i need to account for effectiveness ratio. my understanding is that 1g alpha is equivilant to about 500mg cdp...? if this is the case, and given since i'm starting out i'd buy lower quantity, alpha and cdp have the same cost.
are there cheaper sources?
