if so, how far apart in time should i take them?

edit: did some searching and found my answer: indeed i should take them apart because they compete for absorption. as far as timing, though?

Is there an actual source for this opinion? It seems to be based on that both are quaternary amines and may therefore compete for transportation. But there are high affinity choline transporter proteins so this may be irrelevant?
