Id like to make a plasmid that codes to make the peptide AEDG there are print resources to assist with this yet I thought there might be people here that have done this once or twice

the plasmid will be e coli then barley

Do you have a specific plasmid vector in mind?

Do you actually want to produce the peptide in both E. coli and barley or are you only interested in barley?

Do you want the peptide to be secreted?
