I just activated a new Credit Card and when I attempted to use it on Alldaychemist I find that the transaction was immediately declined for unspecified reasons. I notice they have revamped their site recently. Could this be related?

Update, I called them 2 or 3 times till they finally answered. They are having trouble with their international credit card server and said they would except the order over the phone. So if anyone else encounters a problem call the number on their web site.No they do not require prescriptions.

Did you try calling the credit card company ?
Sometimes certain transactions get labeled as suspicious, and fail to go through.

Not when it is prepaid visa card and besides I have purchased several times from ADC with prepaid cards without any problems noted by the credit provider.I just activated a new Credit Card and when I attempted to use it on Alldaychemist I find that the transaction was immediately declined for unspecified reasons. Okay.. thanks.. <going into chill mode now>They don't require a prescription for anything, relax. Whatever you saw on their website that has you alarmed was only for appearance-sake.
