I just activated a new Credit Card and when I attempted to use it on Alldaychemist I find that the transaction was immediately declined for unspecified reasons. I notice they have revamped their site recently. Could this be related?

Oh and I want to add that I made several other transactions both before and since the attempt to purchase from ADC. Do they now require prescriptions to be mailed in?

No they do not require prescriptions.

Update, I called them 2 or 3 times till they finally answered. They are having trouble with their international credit card server and said they would except the order over the phone. So if anyone else encounters a problem call the number on their web site.

Did you try calling the credit card company ?
Sometimes certain transactions get labeled as suspicious, and fail to go through.

Not when it is prepaid visa card and besides I have purchased several times from ADC with prepaid cards without any problems noted by the credit provider.

I placed an order earlier today and I am a bit antsy. Some part of their website makes it look as if a prescription is needed. If this is the case, will there be some huge delay in getting the funds back onto my Mastercard? Of the items ordered, maybe the naltrexone would be the only thing needing a script?

They don't require a prescription for anything, relax. Whatever you saw on their website that has you alarmed was only for appearance-sake.

The above is what the Track & Confirm page says regarding the order from ADC.
Is this stuck in customs?
