I've never been able to find a combination supplement that had the things I wanted and wasn't also a ripoff. I ended up making my own. You can buy a cap'm quick and get your noots in powdered form and make your own combo sup. It takes a couple hours to put it together but you can make a bunch at once and then have your perfect combo sup for cheap. Or you can use this website:

Their website looks like junk but they do deliver and they're a pretty good company to work with. They're the only company I've found that will make custom supplements in small batches. Their inventory is decent sized but they're still missing some of the most popular noots. They're working on adding more though, and they will add whatever you want to a supp if you send it to them.

Most of the ready made nootropic stacks seem to have very small amounts of just about everything they can find thrown in. Which I don't think would be effective. It would also work out way much cheaper just to get your own sups and work out what works best for you and find the best dosage.
