Sildenafil (Viagra) Improves Memory?

Sildenafil (aka Viagra) is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor which increase cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) concentrations in the intracellular pathway activated by N-methyl-d-aspartic acid receptors which is believed to mediate long-term potentiation and memory consolidation.

Has anybody who is using viagra for other purposes noticed any effects in regards to learning and memory?

It also seems to have the potential to raise testosterone.

Is Viagra significantly improved over the other PDE5 inhibitors?

This mention of a possible side effect of hearing loss worries me, though...
