Excellent referencing. The author has obviously attained some very prestigious qualification from a proper university. I would trust absolutely everything in the article. It's definitely worthy of serious discussion.

hahah during my finals of 12 th grade i vowed that i wont masturbate for 3 months and i didnt!! it was so hard but i guess it benefited me a lot
