I've been experiencing some pretty bad nausea for about a week now that correlates to after I eat. Within 10-30 minutes after eating I begin to feel like the food is resurfacing and/or extreme nausea for about an hour afterwards and a feeling I am going to vomit badly but never do. I also feel like I am going to defecate not too long after eating. Could this be some sort of Bacterial infection/food poisoning? Any other thoughts? I'm trying to hold off going to the hospital till my appointment in 2 weeks but I may have to rush this one. Any suggestions to alleviate these sickening symptoms would be appreciated.

Note: It seems to happen more with certain foods than other's. Chocolate and dairy *seem* to cause worse symptoms than other foods. Again, seem to. I am not sure if this is the case though or I am just making the correlation myself.
