The experiments go on and on.
My latest one is with aromatherapy. I really did not believe that smells could heighten emotions, mood, concetration etc.
But now I´ve changed my mind. Yesterday I had a very good social anxiety free day at work. In fact I was pro-social.
Anxiety score felt as low as with calamus but the experience was more emotionally charged.

The esoteric oil used is neroli (pure and concentrated).
From what I´ve read there are other oils that can aid with concentration, depression and even high blood pressure.

i got mine from essentialoils.co.za (not sure of exact adress, but search for "neroli oil" in google)

I have to say that my results with it have varied quite a bit (as always when I start trying things out).
The smell is very nice and is said to be good for the skin.
Now I walk around smelling like an orange =)
