Well it's not in pill format, but cats claw is a pretty powerful MAOI. You can take it with cacao, which also contains some MAOI's and PEA.
Scratch that last part. Cats claw can potentially kill you if you take it with cacao.

Actually, I don't think any studies support this. Hordenine is an MAO-B substrate for sure, which by competitive inhibition could work.Hordenine is a MAO-B inhibitor and should work fine. Nutraplanet used to sell PEA capsules with Hordenine
