we start with 30 points total:
P - 10
A - 10
O - 10
what you do, is add 1 point to P A or O and subtract 1 point from another. this is from the scoreboard of the post above you. (no double posts, obviously.)
i'm not starting since i haven't taken all three and don't have a reference point, but you could do:
P - 10
A - 11
O - 9
so, again, i'm starting with:
P - 10
A - 10
O - 10
