I'm a 24 year old male that take Selegiline for ADD and Depression.

I'm still titrating the dosage. I went up to 10mg following my doc's advice, but it was too much, so I went back to 7.5mg.

I wanted to know if there's any difference if I take 7.5mg in the morning with my breakfast or if I do what I'm doing now, take 5mg in the morning with breakfast and 2.5mg with lunch.

Thanks!

I can't find the literature, but I think 5mg twice a day was the hit marker.

afiak, mao inhibition threshold is 0.05-0.2mg/kg in selegiline.

I'm talking about taking a 7.5mg dose in the morning and that's it. I'm currently taking 5mg in the morning + 2,5mg with lunch.

Is there any difference?
