Just curious whether Piracetam cause arrhythmias?

I find that after having a cup of coffee, I develop irregular heartbeat. But this doesn't happen with a can of Redbull. I guess that must have something to do with other compounds found in coffee, because I get the same effect even with decaf coffee.

Has anyone experience this?

I think I remember experiencing something similar (irreg. hearbeat after piracetam + coffee). I've stopped my piracetam dose for a little while (trying out Bacopa).

Piracetam is the oldest nootropic having been in existence for some 40 years now. And none of the research reveals anything about it causing irregular heartbeats.

I think these are a couple of the most ridiculous posters coming here trying to scare people away from the racetams. Wasn't the OP one that said Aniracetam might cause tardive dyskinesia? Another baseless and laughable claim.

It's just speculation. What would be the OP's motivation for trying to "scary people away from the racetams"? Surely he would do it with heavier evidence against using it, right?

And as long as we're trying to be asses, I'd say that your post indicates that you aren't taking *enough* of our "oldest nootropic."

Wasn't aware that Piracetam directly gave rise to increased Acetylcholine in the PNS. Are you sure about that? I mean, are you really sure about that???
