in this overview of 11 different studies all 6 of the EPA focused studies showed significant outcome, typically to all scales and indexes tested, while only 2 out of the 5 DHA focused studies showed only partial improvement. of the 3 DHA focused studies that showed no benefit, one of them administered DHA only without any EPA content and another one showed a marginal worsening of symptoms!

Very interesting list. Looks like Carlson's finest with a ratio of 1.6:1 EPA to DHA should be very good for children's mental health. We're working on that with our daughter. I'm saying that it's not for children and making a big show out of taking it. My wife is sneaking it to her on the side. Otherwise, I don't think she'd be willing to touch it.
