If you can do a 33/33/33 split between alpha beta and gamma you will be supplement gods. SUPPLEMENT... GODS!!!

What about the non-provitamin A carotenoids?

Edit: Also, looking at your amount again, I'd say it's a little... low. No risk for lung cancer in smokers, sure, but still inconsequential. A little higher, perhaps around 3000-5000 iu. This should not be a risk for cancer even in heavy smokers.

If this effects price TOO much, I'd say leave it at the DRI. Not sure if I'd like this dry or lipid based. Once again, a 'vitamin pack' would be my first choice so that the vitamins can come in good encapsulations.

supplemental beta carotene is absorbed significantly higher than food carotene... i think the numbers discussed were like 40% better absorption. your average LE'er will usually already have very high intake of BC.
