What is the best vasodilator for the brain?
I don't like gingko because it causes vasodilation all over. Isn't there at least one that works primarily in the brain?

What are the differences/benefits of the ergoloids vs vinpocetine or similar products?

I'd think L-Arginine would be a safe bet to increase blood flow to the brain although it does seem to work everywhere else too. :-)

I take AAKG and it has a pronounced vasodilating effect over a much longer period than L Arginine...very good stuff imo. Not sure what will only focus on the brain.
