I am looking for people with a high degree of broad medical proficiency (ie not something basic like first aid or something very specialized like the effects of nootropics) who didn't go to med school. Does anyone here fit that description?

----------> I will try to write a readable text, but English is not my native language.
In brief,
Maybe I am a bit like the persons you are looking for. I´ve got a rather broad knowledge about different medical aspects, only it is limited to all there is to know about Parkinson´s Disease. I´ve been diagnosed with this disease already 18 years ago and from that moment I am reading a lotabout PD.
Today I´m searching in all the corners of the Internet to find out if there are answers to my questions. Right now I am very interested if there are
psychical causes for this disease. I suspect a psychical trauma could be an important trigger, activating a genetical sensitivity. Considering this possibility my thoughts are not limited to my own disease. I suppose a psychical trauma has to be considered as a possible trigger for all sorts of diseases.
