Hello, this is my first post here.

I recently got interested in the topic of nootropics and decided to try and experiment to experience what everyone here is talking about.
Being on a tight budget, I decided to take Piracetam and Choline for starters, since I heard they work sinergestically.
I ordered the Piracetam but couldn't find the choline here in my country (Brazil) so I ordered Lecithin, which I knew contained Choline.
I contacted the supplier of the Lecithin capsules (1g) and he said to me that 16 to 18 percent of that was choline, so 160mg to 180mg.

My questions are:

- How much Piracetam should I take?
- How much Choline should I take with that?
- It is ok to use only this Choline supplied by the Lecithin?
- Should I take the recommended attack dose, or should I start slow (800mg) just to get a feel for it?

I think that's all for now.
Thanks a lot for your help and sorry if there are any english errors as that is not my native language.

PS: I ordered 3x30cpsx800mg Piracetam and 1x100cpsx1g Lecithin at 16-18% Choline.

Ideally you want to take CDP Choline and Piracetam together, try Piracetam at a maintainence dose of 4.8g total, taking that in two serving daily. As for CDP Choline I'm less familiar with the recommended dosage for it but I would guess 250mg-500mg would be sufficient. Adjust your dosage for each nootropic accordingly, each person will decide what dosage suits them best but this is a good starting point. Although keep in mind one study reported that 4.8g of Piracetam was an optimal dosage.
