He probably means a '72 trace mineral complex' since he didn't specify.

Aj, I don't think there's a hell of a lot of evidence out there pointing for or against them just yet. I do know that the soil is getting a little depleted, so adding say,
4-10mg of something like concentrace would not be something I would fight to the death.

... anybody else wanna throw in their two cents? It would be a neat feature (4mg should be fine in retrospect). However this IS one of those things somebody could supplemetn on their own from concentrace.

Lithium is quite interesting. Unfortunately it is likely to be labeled as a pharmaceutical drug regardless of dose in almost all nations due to use in bipolar disorder.
