I am allergic to dust and heavy fog or rather smog. Dust makes me sneeze wildly and i take a while to stop. It's really bad when i am no able to stop sneezing. I have been using these allergy relief tablets from Natures Source which gives me some relief. Please give me some pointers whether herbal medicine will help. How good is Nature's Source?

I have been using the allergy relief tablets from Natures Source which has proved out to be very useful. The herbal medication gave me much relief and they have no side-effects at all.

I looked at the Nature's Source website and I saw a line of overpriced, poorly documented supplements. They are not sold by iherb.com, which might tell you something. I wouldn't use them, myself. For serious allergies, the best approaches are allergen avoidance, immunotherapy, non-drowsy antihistamines (such as generic Claritin, which is dirt cheap), and inhaled steroids. For the good stuff, you will need to see an allergist or at least an MD. I don't know of anything in the herbal realm that is truly effective against allergies, although some anti-inflammatory substances (pycnogenol, boswellia) may be helpful. Others may have more advice.

I agree completely with Claritin... When it is necessary, IMO... you can't beat that with a stick.

Cheers
