Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these machines and whether or not they provided any benefit?

I use audio/visual stim for relaxation. Works well, in most cases.

Biofeedback is also a great option, for relaxation at least.

I owned a Proteus Mindmachine and Oasis with CES (Cranial Electrical Stimulation) some years ago. But the feeling was that it didn`t do anything for me. Probably it was because i didn`t use it over a long timespan.
