I have a nephew who is being given Coromega, and I was wondering how good/bad that particular brand is. Each serving comes in a little pouch, as sort of a fish pudding. I tried some and it tastes pretty good.

Due to being sealed, I'd think oxidation should be a little less of an issue as compared to some other fish oils. I also read the analysis for it, and assuming the company isn't lying, the numbers look decent -- low peroxide levels, etc. They also claim an improved bioavailablity study when compared to non-emulsified fish oils.

I'm not fond of some of the preservatives used, but supposedly they are tiny amounts. Or I'd hope they are tiny amounts.

I'm curious what others think of this brand, and if it's worth taking over other fish oils. Or if it's a good alternative for people who don't like capsules/liquids.
