As above, it's from cerebral health. (i bought it through ebay) It's called Synaptine Ultra, a combination of Pramiracetam 400mg and Alpha GPC 300mg.
I have just taken 2 tablets, was wondering how long it usually takes for responders to see an effect. I have been taking Piracetam and Choline CDP for around 2 weeks, it may have had an effect but i can't say for sure, i will try give a more in depth explanation in a future thread. I was wondering how much of this new Synaptine i should be taking, and would it be a good idea to continue taking Piracetam and CDP along side it. Also i have just got some tri - matrix evolution (for my new strength training routine) wich has a mixture of creatine and a bunch of other stuff, most notably (apart from the creatine) 1,500mg of taurine and 15-mg of caffeine.
creatine is also a nootropic, and taurine is thought might have some cognitive enhancing qualities (although anecdotal)
Your on your way so supersmartness... YAY! but seirously, do let us know how you feel it enhances thought or anything I am interested
I have taken a few supplements over the years, mostly protein and a basic multi vit, i have tried creatine mono, HCL, ethyl ester. None of which seemed to work.
This, Tri matrix evolution works, it gives me a little more endurance. I did 100 good form burpees in under 8 minutes with my old best time being around 8:30 and i wasn't in as good shape as i was back when i did the 8:30 time, to make sense of that i would say, when i got the 8:30 time which was maybe 8 months ago i was taking allot of boxing classes and doing 100 burpees maybe 4 times a month for a couple of months before i got that time. But i felt allot stronger and more powerful then than i do now, as i am just getting back into fitness/strength stuff again. I did 100 burpees maybe 3 weeks ago and it took me just under 10 minutes. Then i tried 100 again about 1 week ago and got the time of just under 8 minutes, which i wasn't expecting. Usually my legs are what slow down my times, as i have big legs in comparison to the rest of my body from doing allot of squatting over the past couple of years. So usually my legs are like rocks after the first 20 - 25 burpees, but i think it was about 3 days into taking the tri matrix that i got this new record time. And although i didn't feel any more in shape or stronger than when i got the just under 10 minutes time, my legs didn't seem to tyre and i seemed like my work capacity had increased. Normally i do the first 25 reps then i will have to rest up to a minute due to a little heavy breathing but mainly dead legs, then i will carry on the rest in sets of 10 or 15 with rests in between again mainly because of dead legs. But when i got the sub 8 minute time i busted out 30 right off the bat. Had under a minutes rest then did another 20, then a little rest and another 10, then a rest and another 20.. ect So i would say it definitely works for me. I also ran 8-10 miles around my local horse race course 2 days after that, the most i have ever run before that was around 4 miles. and the racecourse was covered in like solid icy snow, the only reason i stopped is because i was wet through with sweat and my legs were like rocks from the constant pounding of my feet hitting the icy snow and i was freezing. But i was a bit ticked off about something and was kinda punishing myself hehe. But all in all i would say this is a great supplement.
As far as it's nootropic effects go, i would have to say it makes me slightly more alert. In comparison i can drink a couple cups of coffee or a can of redbull (energy drink with caffeine) and i would say those 2 things don't do anything for me.
