I'm taking Lecithin granules at the moment.

It's cheap, and depending on the quality, the high quality ones may contain 30% of Phosphatidyl-choline and 20% of Phosphatidyl-serine.

I never come across with Cdp-Choline and Alpha-Gpc in any health food stores in Australia.

Do Cdp-choline and Alpha-gpc come in oil form, powdered form, or granulated form which is fat soluble ?

Thanks

A bit old-school, but my favorite choline is Lecithine (PC).
