Is there anywhere in the UK you can obtain Piracetam in a shop OTC?
Never heard of that myself. Piracetam isn't classified 'as a type of food' like it is under FDA guidelines in the US. So it's sort of regulated here from what I understand, as in it's viewed more as a drug. Pretty much the same in all of Europe I think. You can still buy it from companies that operate in europe but from what I understand it's a lot more expensive and of course it's only sold online.
