Hi, I'm new here and i'd like to try piracetam just out of curiosity.

Some meds are quite cheap here in eastern europe, and 20x800mg piracetam is about $1.5

However the nutritional supplements market is not as developed, so i'm having trouble locating a good choline source. Most things i could find include choline bitartrate, but always mixed with methionine and/or inositol. Would this combination be a problem for any reason?

Thanks

Why? Because another member of this forum says so? Have you even tried this and noticed anything from it, or are you just regurgitating useless advice?

I think it's useless advice. A massive dose of fish oil will not act as a nootropic. There is however some clinical evidence that taking EPA alone or high dose EPA fish oil will help depression. You are better off taking maintenance doses of say 2g per day. The reason why you don't want to mega dose fish oil is because of its long half life so it doesn't need significant daily replenishment, combined with the fact that fish oil can be pro-aging in high doses (fish oil is easily oxidized in the body).

only found one source, most likely not local pharma grade but imported from US nutritional supplements stores

Alpha GPC 50% 125 mg 30 capsules $5

Choline bitartrate 500 mg 30 capsules $3

I have no idea, is this a good price per mg?
