The NucleomaxX© medical food looks to still be far and away the best source of Uridine. It is sold here:

Triacetyluridine (a Uridine Prodrug) and Uridine
...Incidentally, I came across this information (and I have absolutely no financial interest in anything discussed on this blog) about this source of supplemental uridine that I discussed in a past posting (http://hardcorephysi...ailability.html). The NucleomaxX (http://scholar.googl...l OR Nucleomaxx) medical food that I discussed in that posting and that is sold online contains 15 percent triacetyluridine (2',3',5'-tri-O-acetyluridine) (TAU) and 1.16 percent uridine [Venhoff et al., 2008: (http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/18438180)]. I just put this information up here, and a person would obviously want to not use anything like that without discussing it with his or her doctor. TAU is deacetylated in the GI tract, mostly or entirely, by nonspecific esterase enzymes but is supposedly more resistant to uridine phosphorylase than uridine is. In other words, some of it can bypass the uridine phosphorylase-dependent phosphorolysis (degradation to uracil) in the GI tract but still be deacetylated presystemically. TAU is considerably more potent and bioavailable than even the soluble salts of uridine monophosphate (i.e. UMP disodium salt, etc.) are, although no one's really done a dose-response study with UMP Na2. So one of those packets of the medical food contains 5.4 grams of TAU and 418 mg of uridine...
With regard to CDP-Choline, if you want an antidepressent effect from increasing your Uridine levels, you might be better off steering clear from any form of Choline supplementation. See my post here which expands on the reasoning for this (also taken from E.A.H.'s blog):
