I've been using CoQ10 toothpaste for awhile now
I can tell a difference in my gum health for the good
I don't think it makes a difference between opening a gel cap and swishing vs. using the actual CoQ10 toothpaste
both work for me depending on convenience or expense
has anyone else used it and please report your results
