There are mixed reviews on Vinpocetine. I don't know what to believe.

The good: http://www.jerrycott...tineSeminar.pdf (--> there's more good stuff online)
The bad: http://www.imminst.o...showtopic=23457

I just received 30mg*60caps and am confused about whether to take them or not.

Is it worth taking this bottle as a trial?

I had 10-20 mg every day for the last 4-6 months. I really have not experienced much one way or the other, but it may have slightly helped my memory out. Once I'm out of it, I may comment it I notice any changes.

I think its good when a pathology exists, otherwise I don't see how it actually helps healthy individuals. IT is a vasodilator, but the brain receives a constant supply of blood and glucose, unless massive clotting or narrowing occurs..... I mean have you heard of head claudication, like you do about jaw and calf claudication????

Try and decide. watchout for agranulocytosis, even though its rare, otherwise if it fills your cup, than who am I to say no....
