Hello!
I´m new to this forum and I would like to order for the first time some supplements for life extension. So far I read that Ortho-Core or LEM is one of the best ones.
Because of the price I was searching for some more and found this:

http://www.goodnnatu...100-tablets.htm
http://www.goodnnatu...e-Iron-Free.htm

Does anyone know these products? They are very cheap and quite highly dosed (I saw also a European Website that sells it)...
I don´t know if I´m going to order Ortho-Core and than just take half of the amount, and add Vitamin C + E.

I would like to do CRON so I´m a bit afraid of LEM´s high dosis as I´m going to take already a lot of antioxidants etc. with the food. On the other hand I don´t want to take too many different pills, approx. 3, max. 4 different kinds.

The most important vitamins I would like to take, are:
Vitamin E 200-800 IE
Vitamin C (400-3000mg)
Thiamin Vit B1 (10-200)
Selen (but I can also take it with para nuts).

So the Goodnnatural pills don´t seem so bad, but maybe ortho core would be much better (also the quality?)

thanks for any advise!

Actually, the Goodnnatural products are pretty bad. Too much of some things, not enough of others. I would avoid them. In fact, I would avoid multivitamins period at this time, and instead learn about the Optimal Nutrition part of CRON. Download Cron-O-Meter (search here or google it) and see what your present diet looks like. For the time being, get an oil-based formulation (not dry tablets) of vitamin D3, and take ~3000 IU/day. Take 1-2 grams/day of fish oil. Aside from that, it's more important to learn about good fats vs bad fats, good carbs vs bad carbs, and move your diet in the good direction. Check out the nutrition forum here for some suggestions.

@ Niner:
Thanks a lot for your reply! Maybe you are right, too much of everything is not good, either.
Át the moment I´m reading this interesting site about supplements when on CRON: http://www.cron-web....-condensed.html
There is also the cron-o-meter to download...
