I've been taking Choline Bitartrate for now a while and i havent really found any real improvement and i wanna try another source of choline but then again, is there any real diference amount the different types of choline?

As far as i know there is CDP-choline, Alpha GPC, Phosphatidylserine, Bitartrate ,Phosphatidylcholine, and i dont know if there are even more....

Im 23 yrs old and with no mental problems, i just want to enhance my learning, specially when im on modafinil...

Is there any real difference on the type of choline and its effects? are the effects related to the age?... I did my research, but noone talks about the difference about them more than "they just work best some than others in different people"

thx u

You should probably try CDP-choline. I've read on this forum that besides of being a choline source it is also a nootropic. My favourite is PC. This is a choline source and an essential building block for nerve cell membranes.

I tried Choline Bitartrate 500mg in 1990 but didn't notice improvement.

I switched to Lecithin granules from GNC product and noticed a diffrence. I think it's because it contains Phosphatidyl-Choline/-Serine/-Inositol, and our brain needs Phosphatidyl-Serine as well to keep the brain cell membranes healthy.

I've been taking Lecithin since 1990, and always take it after a fatty meals ( eg. after 2 eggs).

This works best with Encephabol ( Pyritinol ) 200mg. I could think, memorize, count, etc. clearly.
