i high enjoy the effect ALCAR has on me (took 1.1g with 600mg ALA this morning) but i'm wondering how much tolerance builds, and if there is a positive cumulative effect from taking ALCAR daily which is present on only when you are "on" it (as in soon after taking it)?

I've started taking it too fr 5 days without ALA under my tounge. God it tastes so salty lol. What effects have you experienced so far? I think it might slightly make me more energised.

you should probably take it with ALA or R-ALA given the research on the great health benefits on this combo. anyway, ALCAR gives me a lot of energy, i'm way more social, and it gives me a nice mood boost... would love to hear from those experienced to what degree this effect goes away with repeated use.
