This 10 minute video did an ok job of presenting a range of pretty shallow opinions, along with one conservative professor. Kinda goofy british guys testing modafinil (or "modIFininl"). Didn't really get into any useful areas, though.

Well in my opinion after using modafinil for a while is that it doesn't make you smarter in itself. However making you more alert can help you to focus and remember.
