There is a mass of people which believe that the world will end on the 23rd* of december in 2012, cause the maya said so.
Now ill visit some of those people and ask if they are interessted to sell their house, car, store what ever, for 10.000$ in cash, and in the contract ill make clear that i wont come for the stuff before the 24 december.
I think for them it will be a good deal, theyll get some extra money for the last days of mankind, and, theoretically, wont see me again.

Now we all know what will happen on december 23, something of interest but nothing like the apocalypse, now on the 24th ill be out collecting my new cars and evict some idiots from my property, theoretically.

Would such a contract be legal?

PS.:Some where i read that there are people out there which buy houses from those which believe in the rapture.

*Thats on my birthday :D
