Thoughts?
i just bought this and tried it out. Their older model used Bioperine instead of the Active Aloe concentrate.
To be honest, it's not bad. However, i'm going to say based on my entire family and friends, and also coworkers of a few friend, that New Chapter multivitamins beat out Country Life daily total one, lifepak nano by nuskin, garden of life Vitamin Code, Double X by Amway, AOR, a few other including centrum (ahah had to throw that in there).
It depends on what you're looking for in a multi though. some people look for all 8 vitamin E components and want greens and herbs and stuff, others look for good minerals that aren't chelated with crap like oxide, and some want really high doses. To me, if it's covered all the basic basics and minerals, moderation is best. Id rather have one or two things missing and supplement those on my own than have one big dose of something that ruins the whole formula.
BTW, New chapter's RDA is suggested to be "low" at only 100-200% but if you take these, you will know that that is not the case. something about the way whole food vitamins are absorbed are completely different than formula vitamins. I never get yellow urine from new chapter but even 1/4 dose of daily total one gives me nuclear yellow piss. And about 2 days on those vitamins, i freakin feel amazing.
But to answer your question, the country life ones aren't bad, good for price.
