I was wondering what the differences (if any) there are between SunTheanine and L-Theanine.

Is one better then the other? Any recommendations as far as a top brand goes? I'm looking to start this and see if it has any affect on my anxiety.

Thanks

Supposedly SunTheanine is just a good quality theanine, but I don't think it merits the hype, honestly.

Suntheanine is just a branded form of L-theanine. L-theanine is the only studied enantiomer of theanine, so buying Suntheanine would ensure getting L-theanine. Many companies use suntheanine in their l-theanine products.
