In two months I take a comprehensive oral exam that will span 3 hours and cover topics covering everything I learned in my graduate school and post graduate work. I need to be able to recall and speak clearly about a large volume of information.

What supplements would you take in the next two months that would help you study, keep up high energy (I have a very stressful job) and remember vast quantities of information and be able to recall them in an oral exam on demand?

For the record, I cut back on caffeine big time recently mainly due to the fact that I get horrible heartburn from coffee. Am normally feeling much better without caffeine, but am open to reusing it if it is believed it would be helpful for me.

Also would you take the same supplements on the day of the oral exam as normal or are there others you would recommend?

I was thinking the day of the exam to take some ginger, as I've used that before to calm the nervous stomach and butterflies (maybe even using accupressure bands on my wrists as well).
